How a JFK Pickup Works
- Send us your flight number when you book. We track the flight, so a delay or early landing does not cost you anything.
- Wait time is free for 45 minutes after landing on international flights and 30 minutes on domestic flights. That covers customs and baggage claim on most arrivals.
- Your chauffeur meets you at the curb, or inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign for a $50 meet-and-greet fee. You choose once, and we keep it on file for every trip after that.
- Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early and texts you when the car is in place.
Going to JFK
For departures we plan the pickup time around your flight, the terminal and the traffic at that hour. On a weekday afternoon from Midtown, that usually means leaving earlier than people expect. We will tell you when to be ready when you book.
The Car
Most JFK runs go in a black Chevrolet Suburban that seats up to six passengers and fits six to seven bags. It has onboard Wi-Fi, phone chargers and Fiji water. Sedans are available for one to three passengers with light luggage, and a Mercedes Sprinter can be arranged for larger groups.
